Milagro International L.L.P.. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) is engaged in the business of direct marketing of various products. The Company uses its official website to display product details, marketing methods, and business monitoring tools to promote awareness about the Company and its products.

The Company appoints freelance distributors across the country for marketing and selling its products. Before submitting an application, the intending distributor is advised to carefully read and understand the terms and conditions mentioned herein and on the official website.

1. Definitions

• Company: Milagro International L.L.P..
• Agreement: The application, compensation plan, distributor policies, and procedures agreed upon by the distributor.
• Consumer: Any individual or entity purchasing products marketed by the Company.
• Independent Distributor: An individual or entity legally competent to enter into a contract as per the Indian Contract Act.
• Product: All products marketed by the Company from time to time.
• MRP: Maximum Retail Price printed on the product.
• Unique ID: Identification number issued by the Company upon approval of distributorship.

2. Distributor Agreement

The distributor understands that they are contracting with Milagro International L.L.P.. for the right to purchase and distribute products and to promote sales as described in the compensation plan.

3. KYC Compliance

The distributor agrees to submit valid KYC / KYDS documents for appointment as a Direct Seller.

4. Legal Compliance

The distributor agrees to comply with all applicable laws governing their activities under this Agreement.

5. Payments

All payments under the compensation plan shall be made through account-payee transactions in Indian currency and only to duly registered distributorships.

6. Code of Conduct

Posting inappropriate or defamatory content about the Company, its products, ranks, or leadership on social media platforms is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of membership.

7. Distributorship Restrictions

Dual distributorship is not permitted. If found, both IDs will be terminated. Any legal dispute involving a distributor may result in suspension until resolution.

8. Nature of Distributorship

Distributorship is primarily for product distribution and earning retail profit. Appointing sub-distributors is optional and not mandatory.

9. Delivery

All products purchased will be delivered within 8–10 days.

10. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be credited to the customer’s account within 5–7 working days.
